⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The team at Profitable Tradies are absolute guns! Since being involved with Profitable Tradies, I’ve become a lot more resilient in business and, more importantly, I’m making better decisions rather than just reacting to every situation. A recent example was a $37k quoted job where the client initially said it was over their budget. In the past, I probably would have been quick to discount just to win the work. Instead, I stuck to my guns, took the time to explain exactly what was involved and why we had priced the job the way we did. The client appreciated the explanation and decided to move forward. We’ve now got a meeting with the builder’s project manager next week. That was a pretty big win for me—not just financially, but mentally. It reinforced that you don’t always need to lower your price; sometimes you just need to communicate the value of what you’re delivering. Profitable Tradies has helped me build that confidence and resilience and has definitely changed the way I approach my business in such an short  time . I've been with PT for a few months now, and being based out of a rural Wyoming town, I had my hesitations with a training group. PT has helped me systemize my business and get things flowing more smoothly (still room for improvement). I just recently closed a deal wiring a barndominium that we were a good amount higher than the low bidder, but the system that PT had me put in place (where I actually talked to the customer, told them about our company and how we operate instead of just looking at the job and emailing it over to them) made them opt to go with us. My brother and I joined PT just under 1 year ago, We had just had a year with negative profit after 2nd year in business working 12 hour days and every Saturday. We  knew things needed to change as we were growing fast but obviously had allot of improvement to be made. In the last year we have tripled our revenue and a healthy net margin. But the biggest improvement is time and how the business runs. I have moved off the tools, We have hired a office admin, currently looking for a estimator and my brother is acting as a project manager with a          50/50 split office and on site. Our ordinary day is closer to 8 hours and we have our weekends back. Our coach Nick has been a massive help. When I joined the Profitable Tradie coaching program, I was exhausted. It was just me and one tech with an apprentice, working late nights, stressed, constantly juggling jobs, quotes, admin, and everything else that comes with running a business on your own beside the sleepless nights with a little baby. I remember looking at the other businesses in the program — the ones that had been in it for a year or more — and seeing how far ahead they were. Bigger teams, stronger systems, real profits. Honestly, I assumed they were outliers. I wasn't sure I could ever get to where they were. But we stuck with it. We pushed through the uncomfortable parts. We followed the plan, trusted the process, made the hard decisions, and took heaps of action… even when it felt risky or unfamiliar. The thing is, we had clear models from PT that showed what was the right thing to do. We initially joined Profitable Tradie’s Elevator Program because we were too small to afford the Million Dollar Tradie Program. This gave us the tools to get into it, and level up. Today, everything looks completely different. We’ve gone from one tech to a team of 10. Our revenue is sixfold what it was, and climbing. And more importantly, the business doesn’t rest entirely on my shoulders anymore. We now have a reliable team that is hungry for personal growth and provide an excellent service. One of the biggest surprises was how much less lonely the journey became. Running a business can feel isolating, but being part of the Profitable Tradie community changed that for me. Suddenly, I had a group of people who understood exactly what I was facing — a team behind me even before my own team grew. The other business owners and coaches were like the board of directors I didn’t know I needed: asking the tough questions, challenging my assumptions, helping me see the bigger picture, and keeping me accountable. Looking back now, those businesses I thought were outliers, weren’t outliers at all — they were just following the system. And once I committed to doing the same, everything started to change. This program has been incredibly helpful, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying with them and the other business owners moving forward.
