Saying “I don’t have time” is a weak excuse, you do have time, but you’re choosing to prioritize other things, which isn’t wrong or even your fault for that matter, but you have to understand that when you’re saying “yes” to things, you’re saying “no” to something else.

If you’re constantly helping on projects and fixing mistakes, then you’re not working on the business and moving it forward. You should be working on processes that allow your team to handle projects start to finish, and systems that stop mistakes happening, that way you’re building a business that gives you more time.
